David Jackson - FCA

David qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Haskins and Sells before specialising in tax with Touche Ross & Co, becoming a Chartered Tax Adviser before building hands on tax functions for businesses ranging from computing to chemicals and finance to forwarding.
David is a corporate tax management specialist with over 25 years’ experience, including fourteen as head of function for substantial UK PLC’s and five leading the tax function for a global division of a major US engineering and construction business.
With a proven track record as an effective manager of change, he has successfully created two tax functions and rebuilt many more while efficiently structuring operations in up to 40 countries around the world.
With this global experience has come a particular experience of transfer pricing where David has created, implemented and managed innovative transfer pricing policies to materially reduce group tax rates.
Early involvement by David will assist in specialist tax planning and tax management. He is also well placed to deal with compliance and investigation matters.
